A higher quality alternative to generic M42 to M4/3 adapters, K&F Concept are known for tight tolerances and good build quality. 

This adapter provides a solid, wobble-free connection between M42 lenses and Micro Four Thirds bodies. Particularly useful with heavier M42 lenses like the Helios 44-2 where a secure mount is important.

Useful, often used (by me) and enables me to use a lot of my lenses on m43  bodies. A gem.
